I specialize in managing large-scale creative projects that make bold statements and leave a lasting impact. My strengths lie in envisioning final outcomes, assembling the right teams, and orchestrating complex moving parts to bring ambitious ideas to life.

With nearly 20 years of experience spanning the private, nonprofit, and government sectors, my career has been rooted in collaboration and purpose-driven work. Before transitioning to independent creative work in 2014, I managed projects, teams, businesses, and properties across diverse and dynamic settings. From field research on grizzlies and wolverines in the American West to leading public education campaigns for Idaho Fish and Game and the U.S. Forest Service, I’ve been part of pressing conservation challenges. My early work also included managing a preserve and cattle ranch, running the renowned Henry’s Fork Lodge, and co-planning high-profile networking events like Jackson Wild.

This foundation in research and management, paired with my creativity, has enabled me to take on collaborative projects that demand both vision and teamwork. Highlights include scripting and producing travel and outdoor films, crafting award-winning branded content, and spearheading projects like Legacy of the Land—a 300-page coffee table book documenting a Montana ranch history and featuring contributions from over 150 museums, private collections, artists, and essayists.

My writing portfolio is diverse, ranging from ghostwriting for a U.S. President to nonfiction recognized as "Notable" in Best American Essays. My branded content has received Addy Awards, and my scriptwriting with Off the Grid Studios has earned accolades at The Drake Fly Fishing Film Awards. While my home base is in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, my work has taken me around the globe, from Scotland to Cuba to the Seychelles.

In recognition of my work, I’ve been honored as a 2015 Tin House Workshop recipient and a 2023 writer-in-residence at the University of Utah Taft-Nicholson Center. I hold a BA in Art History and Spanish from Washington and Lee University, as well as a master’s degree from the University of Georgia Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources, where my graduate research focused on human-wildlife conflict in Namibia. I’ve also served on the board of the Henry’s Fork Foundation, the organization that originally brought me to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.

Today, I live in Bozeman, Montana, with my husband and two children, balancing my love for the outdoors with my passion for creating meaningful stories.
